At the SIIMA (South Indian International Movie Awards) being held in Dubai this weekend, Nani took home Best Actor (Telugu) for Dasara for his intense performance.
His films Dasara and Hi Nanna swept awards. Keerthy Suresh, Srikanth Odela, and Deekshit Shetty were honored for Best Actress, Best Director, and Best Supporting Role for Dasara, respectively.
Nani’s Hi Nanna has made a remarkable feat by winning five awards at SIIMA, the highest number achieved by any film at this year’s event.
Mrunal Thakur, Shouryuv, Hesham Abdul Wahab, Vyra Entertainments, and Baby Kiara won awards for Best Actress (Critics), Best Debutant Director, Best Music Director, Best Debutant Producer (Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala), and Best Actress in a Supporting Role.
Nani’s latest film, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, is also performing well at the box office, continuing his string of successes.
