Prabhas' latest film, "Kalki 2898 AD," continues to perform well at the global box office, maintaining strong numbers even as it enters its fifth week.
As of now, the film has grossed over 1000 crores worldwide, including its latest earnings that brought the total to an estimated 1024.71 crores.
Released on June 27, "Kalki 2898 AD" has completed 29 days in theatres, with significant support from audiences in the Telugu and Hindi markets.
The Tamil and Malayalam versions also contributed positively, although the Kannada version has underperformed.
On its fourth Wednesday, the film earned 1.80 crores in India, and 1.60 crores on Thursday, bringing its Indian net total to 629.51 crores. Including taxes, the domestic gross collection stands at 742.82 crores.
In the overseas market, Kalki 2898 AD has amassed 281.49 crores gross so far, with a consistent contribution coming in from the North American market (USA and Canada). Combining Indian and overseas gross, the worldwide box office stands at a whopping 1024.71 crores gross (estimates) after 29 days.
However, the film's momentum may slow as new releases enter the market.
In South India, the highly anticipated releases of "Deadpool & Wolverine" and Dhanush’s "Raayan" have led to a significant reduction in the number of screenings for "Kalki 2898 AD."
