Notwithstanding the indications of the Jana Sena Party headed by power star Pawan Kalyan inclining towards forging an alliance with the Telugu Desam Party headed by N Chandrababu Naidu in the next elections, Bharatiya Janata Party continues to claim that Jana Sena is its political ally.
In fact, the BJP appears to be of the view that without Pawan Kalyan, it cannot hope to win a few seats in Andhra Pradesh, as he has the charisma to attract people and fetch victory to the BJP.
A video clipping of BJP leader and outgoing Rajya Sabha member from Kurnool district T G Venkatesh making some interesting comments against Pawan Kalyan is circulating in the social media.
Venkatesh said: “if you want to cook a delicious spicy curry, you need to add some masala to it. Pawan Kalyan is like such a masala for the BJP curry to attract the people.”
Well, Venkatesh was also a defector from the TDP to the BJP and he is very much aware how Pawan Kalyan has helped the TDP come to power in the 2014 assembly elections. If the TDP too wants to deliver a masala curry to the people in the next elections, Naidu also requires Pawan Kalyan again.
Meanwhile, BJP in-charge of Telangana affairs Sunil Deodhar also said on Wednesday that Pawan Kalyan would continue to be the alliance partner of the BJP.
“With the support of Pawan Kalyan, the BJP-Jana Sena combine will form the next government in Andhra Pradesh,” he said.
