Raghava Projects has filed preliminary approvals for a major high-rise residential development named “Linq by Raghava”, planned near Neopolis, one of Hyderabad’s fastest-growing premium zones.
According to initial details, the project will comprise four residential towers, each with S+67 floors, rising to a height of 243 metres.
Once completed, Linq by Raghava is expected to rank among the tallest residential buildings in Hyderabad, further adding to the city’s evolving skyline.
The proposal signals Raghava Projects’ intent to enter the ultra-luxury vertical housing segment, targeting high-end buyers seeking premium living spaces in emerging growth corridors.
Neopolis, located near Kokapet and the Financial District, has recently attracted several marquee real estate developments due to its proximity to IT hubs, infrastructure upgrades, and strong demand from professionals.
While detailed plans on apartment configurations, amenities, and timelines are yet to be disclosed, industry observers say projects of this scale reflect growing confidence in Hyderabad’s luxury housing market.
