Enjoyed Playing Student's role the Most: Mahesh

“Whenever my films turn huge hits, the goddess Durga calls me to Vijayawada. I have never planned any events in Vijayawada, they had happened because of Durga Mata.

“I am happy to be celebrating the success of Maharshi here after taking the blessing of Goddess Kanakadurga,” Mahesh Babu thanked the people and city of Vijayawada where the success celebrations were held in big way on Saturday evening.

“Maharshi” is Mahesh Babu’s 25th movie. The success celebrations were held at the grounds of Siddharth college in Vijayawada.

Pooja Hegde, Allari Naresh, Vamshi Paidipally, Dil Raju, PVP, Srinivasa Reddy and K Raghavendra Rao were present.

He also thanked his ‘mamayya’ K Raghavendra Rao who introduced him as lead actor in “Rajakumarudu”. I will be thankful to him, he said.

“After wrapping up the first day of the shoot of Maharshi in Dehradun, I told director Vamshi Paidipally that this film would become Pokiri square. I knew that it would be such big hit. I enjoyed playing the student role in this film,” Mahesh Babu revealed.
