While the TRS is still celebrating its massive recent electoral victory, Congress leaders on the other hand are keeping themselves busy Congress leaders are busy gathering evidence to file cases in the High Court and Supreme Court and prove that EVMs were tampered with to ensure victory of TRS.
The Congressmen have solid proof in at least 31 constituencies where there were huge discrepancies in number of votes polled on December 7 and the number of votes counted on December 11. This data was collected directly from the website of the Election Commission of India.
The data proves that the number of votes increased while counting when compared with the data released by EC on the polling day.
They also found that the majority with which TRS candidates won in these 31 constituencies is almost equal to the number of votes that increased during counting.
The Congress high command has asked the defeated Congress candidates in these 31 constituencies to file petitions individually in the High Court seeking cancellation of Assembly results and order for counting of VVPAT slips to determine the fairness of polls.
The AICC too has decided to approach Supreme Court challenging TS Assembly results and request for counting of VVPAT slips.
