Will It Be Devineni Uma's Turn After Dhulipalla?

TDP senior leader Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar is now serving judicial remand in Rajamahendravaram jail for his alleged irregularities and corruption in Sangam Dairy case.

The TDP had seen its leaders like K Atchannaidu, Kollu Ravindra and Kuna Ravi Kumar being arrested in various cases in the last two years.

The big question now doing rounds in the state is who is next after Dhulipalla.

Some fingers are pointing towards former minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao as the next leader from the TDP waiting to be arrested. Readmore!

Uma is now targeted by the CBCID for circulating a morphed video of chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The former minister had also made derogatory remarks against the chief minister and never left a chance to criticise Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The CID sleuths have served notices for three times so far asking him to appear before them for questioning.

However, Uma had been avoiding the sleuths even to receive the notices. As he is not available, the police have been pasting notices on the wall of his house.

Finally, he was questioned by the CID polices at the Mangalagiri office on Thursday.

Again the CID police have served notice afresh on Friday asking him to appear before them on May 1 at Mangalagiri for another round of questioning.

Going by the rumours, several of the TDP leaders say that it would be Devineni Uma’s turn to be in the jail.

The big question is will it be Devineni Uma or some other leader that would be in the state police trap?
