Maharshi has posted the best numbers for a Mahesh Babu's starrer on its day 1. It has done good business on its day 2 also in spite of the mixed talk.
The film is set for a solid first weekend, but the real test begins on Monday.
Maharshi has been underperforming in US compared to Mahesh's recent films. It has been on a rampage in Nizam, where it crossed Rs. 10 crore mark in two days.
The film has to collect Rs. 100 crore share to be a safe venture. It is all Maharshi now as the remaining films have slowed down considerably.
Avengers: Endgame is likely to pick up during the weekend.
April has turned out to be the most fruitful one for Telugu cinema with Majili, Chitralahari, Jersey, Kanchana 3 and Avengers ending up as hits.
