Contrary to speculations, Andhra Pradesh government has permitted the makers of “Sye Raa” to screen shows daily in the first week.
In the morning, industry buzz was that the AP government is refusing to give permissions for extra shows for political reasons.
But despite political differences with Megastar Chiranjeevi and his family, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government didn’t restrain in granting permissions.
The new Andhra Pradesh government headed by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has already clearly mentioned that they would not allow any filmmaker to hike the ticket rates but will follow the same policy for all big movies in granting permissions to extra shows.
Like “Saaho” was permitted to hold six shows, “Sye Raa” got the same consent.
Also, heavy persuasion from his cabinet colleagues and his party leaders made Andhra Pradesh CM go ahead in granting the permission.
Producer Ram Charan earlier made strong comments against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his uncle Pawan Kalyan is a political opponent to Jagan.
