Samantha Ruth Prabhu is gearing up for her comeback film “Maa Inti Bangaram,” a project that holds special significance as she not only plays the lead but is also backing it as a producer.
Her husband Raj Nidimoru is serving as the showrunner and is actively involved in shaping the script.
The film was earlier scheduled for a May 15 release, planned around the assumption that films like “Peddi” would occupy the late April window. However, with “Peddi” now postponed, May 1 has opened up as a potential release slot.
Despite this, Samantha is not in a position to advance the release date.
Director Nandini Reddy is yet to complete post-production work, as the team had been working towards the May 15 timeline.
Rushing the process to meet an earlier date could impact the film’s overall quality.
As a result, Samantha has decided to stick to the original May 15 release plan, choosing not to alter the schedule despite changes in the release calendar.
