Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit is doing reasonably well in its first week, witnessing a noticeable uptick in box office numbers.
The film recorded a good surge in footfalls on Tuesday, reflecting its strong hold even on weekdays.
On its fifth day, Dacoit sold 61.39K tickets on BookMyShow, taking its total to over 622 K tickets on the platform.
Notably, the film had clocked 53K tickets on day four, indicating a steady upward trend.
The movie has also achieved a major overseas milestone. Dacoit has crossed the coveted $1 million mark in the USA, emerging as the fastest film in Sesh’s career to hit the figure.
Directed by Shaneil Deo, the film continues to post impressive numbers in the US and is now just short of the $1.1 million breakeven mark.
This indeed is the biggest opener for Sesh. Yet again, Sesh proves why he remains one of the most bankable actors, delivering compelling stories, consistent returns, and earning audience trust with every outing.
