Ram Charan is currently in New Delhi shooting for “Peddi,” the much-anticipated sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana.
The actor was initially scheduled to begin the Delhi leg of the shoot last month, but the plan was postponed due to security concerns following bomb blast incidents.
After securing the necessary permissions and implementing tight security measures, Ram Charan successfully wrapped crucial scenes at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament, and nearby locations on Saturday.
These sequences are said to play a pivotal role in the narrative, prompting the makers to shoot at real locations to enhance authenticity.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead opposite Ram Charan in the film, which is slated for a theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
With the release date drawing closer, the makers have accelerated the shooting schedule to stay on track.
Ram Charan is expected to remain in Delhi for another two to three days to complete the entire schedule.
With the capital shoot now progressing smoothly, the team is confident of wrapping up the film’s shooting by next month and releasing it as planned.
