Puri Jagannath is coming up with 'Liger' this week and revealed an interesting bit to the media.
He said that he has a script tailor made for Salman Khan. They didn't work together yet but it looks like the success of Liger is going to lead to Puri directing Salman Khan.
But both Salman and Puri have an indirect association with the film 'Wanted' (2009) a remake of blockbuster 'Pokiri' (2006).
“I have been trying to make a film with Salman sir since the release of Wanted. I love him and I hope I get the chance to direct him one day," Puri said.
He says that he has a 10 year plan to work with several Bollywood actors down the line. His next film is going to be JanaGanaMana with Vijay Devarakonda.
He also added, “I want to work with Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer and Varun Dhawan. I love all the Khans, but I want to do a film with Salman sir.”
It is to be remembered that his film 'Temper' is also an inspiration to Rohit Shetty's Simmba with Ranveer Singh.
