Dil Raju, From Heavy Losses To Smart Moves

Dil Raju is resilient. He knows how to come out of losses and has the mental strength to combat challenges.

He stays calm during crises and knows the plan to emerge from turmoil. This is the topic in the industry now.

It is known that he suffered huge losses running into hundreds of crores last year. Though Sankranthiki Vastunnam brought him good money, he lost a much bigger chunk, many times more than that, in Game Changer and other ventures.

For now, he has learned the move to recover. He is not investing hundreds of crores in a single film anymore. He has acquired the distribution rights of Tarun Bhascker’s Gaya Padda Simham and Biker starring Sharwanand.  Readmore!

He is once again following the “slow and steady wins the race” formula.

Not only that, observing him lately, his approach in public speeches and his body language have also changed. He is speaking briefly but effectively, and what he says sounds genuine.

At the same time, in the name of speaking the truth, he is not creating controversy or hurting people. Recently he said that producers are now under the command of star heroes, which is true.

As he did not mention any particular names, there was no controversy. But even to say that requires boldness, and he has shown he has it.

He also seems to be in the process of buying complete distribution rights for both Telugu states when he senses strong buzz around certain small to mid-range films.

If the Dil Raju brand is associated with a film, it naturally gets some attention, which is an advantage for filmmakers as well.

Moreover, he is working towards bringing the film industry closer to the Telangana state government, using the rapport he has with the administration.

What benefits him in the long run with this entire approach is not yet known, but he certainly seems to be on the right track.
