Cadre First! YSRCP Builds Massive 'Party Army'

After the defeat, the YSRCP has clearly understood one major mistake. No matter how big a party is, it cannot survive without a strong cadre.

The party leadership has realised this and is now focusing on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level, even if it takes time.

The high command has instructed leaders in every constituency to build strong committees with party workers right down to the booth level. The aim is to ensure that the party has an active and organised cadre everywhere.

Along with this, the party is also forming committees for its affiliated wings such as youth, women, students, farmers and labour organisations. This will give representation to different sections of society within the party structure. Readmore!

With this plan, each constituency is expected to have at least 15,000 party workers holding various positions, from the booth level up to the Assembly level. These workers will act as the party’s biggest strength and backbone.

The leadership is also planning to select candidates for upcoming local body elections from among this cadre, to further strengthen the party at the ground level.

The party is preparing to take on the ruling alliance strongly in the 2029 elections by placing its cadre at the forefront.

On average, each Assembly constituency has around two lakh voters. The party is building its organisation in such a way that there will be one YSRCP worker for every ten voters.

In the coming days, this large cadre is expected to go among the people and actively campaign for the party.

The leadership believes they will play a key role in winning future elections and leading the party back to power.
