Naidu Sends Final Warning To Kolikapudi

Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday sent a final warning to maverick and controversial party MLA from Tiruvuru assembly constituency Kolikapudi Srinivas Rao, whose anti-party activities have landed the party in trouble in the constituency.

Acting on the directions of Naidu, TDP state president Palla Srinivasa Rao held a meeting with Kolikapudi in Amaravati amid growing criticism over the legislator’s conduct.

The two leaders spoke in the assembly lobby, where Palla reportedly issued a stern warning to the MLA.

According to party sources, Palla cautioned Kolikapudi to remember that individual political relevance depends on the party’s support and advised him to conduct himself accordingly.  Readmore!

He warned that the chief minister would not tolerate any actions that violate party discipline and indicated that continued indiscipline would invite serious consequences. He said it was a final warning from the party.

Palla also made it clear that repeated mistakes despite prior warnings could result in the party no longer recognising him either as a party member or as an MLA.

He questioned Kolikapudi over what he described as “irresponsible WhatsApp status updates” and asked whom he was attempting to confront through such actions.

In response, Kolikapudi reportedly explained that his errors stemmed from inexperience and sought guidance from senior party leaders.

He requested mentorship from the leadership to help him avoid further missteps and align with party expectations.
