Daaku Maharaaj to Become Another 'Pokiri'?

"Daaku Maharaj" is the title of Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Bobby’s first collaborative film.

Bobby is known for naming his movies after their protagonists or using titles based on how the characters are referred to within the story.

He previously named Waltair Veerayya for the Chiranjeevi starrer, Venky Mama for Venkatesh's film, and Sardaar Gabbar Singh for Pawan Kalyan’s movie. Following the same trend, he titled Balakrishna's film Daaku Maharaj.

He draws a parallel to Mahesh Babu's Pokiri, which was initially seen as a negative title but went on to make history upon its release.

Bobby anticipates a similar reception for Daaku Maharaj.
