Jr. NTR, who had tested for covid-19 on May 10, has recovered from the diseases and tested negative on May 25.
NTR took to Twitter to share the news with his fans and thanked them for their good wishes. He also urged people to take covid-19 very seriously and advised them to do not panic.
He wrote, “Happy to state that I've tested negative for Covid 19. Thank you everyone for all the wishes I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my doctors -Dr Praveen Kulkarni & my cousin Dr Veeru from KIMS Hospitals,as well as Tenet Diagnostics. Their excellent care helped me a lot.”
“Covid 19 needs to be taken very seriously. But it is also a disease that can be beaten with good care and a positive frame of mind. Your will power is your biggest weapon in this fight. Stay strong. Do not panic. Wear a mask. Stay at home", he added.
The actor was shooting for his upcoming film RRR, which is being directed by Rajamouli. A pan-India film that also features Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Shriya Saran, RRR is slated to hit screens on October 13.
