Chitralahari First Single: DSP Back With A Bang!

Telugu cinema's number one music director Devi Sri Prasad has been going through lean phase lately.

Devi couldn't live up to expectations post Rangasthalam and Bharat Ane Nenu. He has been rehashing his old tunes all the time.

Almost all of his recent songs were forgettable duds. His music for blockbuster F2 also was mediocre.

Directors and star heroes started looking at other options with Devi failing to deliver the goods.

DSP, who is known for scoring catchy mass numbers and mellifluous melodies, is struggling to get back to form.

Devi's upcoming film Chitralahari's first single 'Paurugu Parugu' is out today. The song has vintage DSP stamp all over it.

Devi Sri Prasad has not only done a great job with the orchestration and composition but also has done a fab job as the lyricist.

The song is instantly likeable and set good expectations on the upcoming Chitralahari album. DSP always delivers the goods when the script is inspiring.

Looks like Nenu Sailaja director Kishore Tirumala has brought the best out of DSP again. Struggling actor Sai Dharam Tej cannot ask for a better start to the promotions of Chitralahari.
