Until now Megastar Chiranjeevi has been working for his son Ram Charan’s banner. But after incurring losses on “Sye Raa”, Chiranjeevi has decided to work for other producers and earn some good money.
He is charging Rs 50 crore for his present film, Acharya, which is produced by Niranjan Reddy.
The senior star is said to have hiked the remuneration further for his next films. He will be taking home nearly Rs 60 crore for the next film, which is to be produced by Anil Sunkara’s banner.
The film will be directed by Meher Ramesh. It is said to be a remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Vedalam’.
The film will be made at a limited production cost. So, the producer would make a good profit even after partaking such hefty remuneration to Chiranjeevi.
Hence, Anil Sunkara reportedly has agreed to give Rs 60 crore to Chiranjeevi.
