CBI sees conspiracy in Dr Sudhakar case!

The CBI, which has taken up the probe into the suspension of and assault on Visakhapatnam-based anaesthetist Dr K Sudhakar in April this year, feels there is a conspiracy behind the entire episode.

The CBI told the state high court on Tuesday that there appears to be a deep-rooted conspiracy behind Dr Sudhakar’s revolt against the government, his suspension and his strange behaviour on the streets of Visakhapatnam that led to his admission in mental hospital for treatment.

The CBI asked the high court sufficient time to conduct a thorough investigation into Dr Sudhakar’s case.

The court gave time to the CBI till November to submit its report with all details and pros and cons of the case. The case was adjourned to November 16 for further hearing. Readmore!

It may be mentioned that the high court had taken up the case suo motu and ordered a CBI inquiry into the case of Dr Sudhakar, who was suspended for allegedly going to the media complaining about lack of face masks for the doctors.
