Geetha Arts is the company built by Allu Aravind through years of hard work. It has expanded into theatres, distribution, finance and real estate.
Though the company has three heirs, Allu Bobby, Allu Arjun and Allu Sirish, none of them were actively involved in daily management earlier.
There was also no real need, as Allu Aravind personally handled everything by appointing capable people for each department.
At present, Vidya, daughter of Chiranjeevi's co-brother, plays a key role, and other divisions also have experienced professionals.
In this background, Allu Arjun has started focusing on Geetha Arts. He is supervising the organisation at an overall level.
Instead of daily administration, he is involved in review meetings, planning and major decision making.
After his entry, some changes have reportedly taken place. Long time associates were respectfully relieved, and younger professionals were brought in.
Though delayed, Bunny has finally stepped forward to strengthen the empire built by Allu Aravind. This is a positive move.
