Bollywood star and entrepreneur, John Abraham, has recently made a significant investment in the form of a luxurious bungalow situated in Mumbai.
Nestled in one of the city's most affluent locales – Khar's Linking Road – the bungalow is reportedly valued at â¹70.83 crore.
According to documents referenced by real estate portal IndexTap.com, the property spans an impressive 13,138 sq ft.
The gift deed for the bungalow was formalized on November 8, with the transaction officially registered on December 27.
The acquisition encompasses an open land area of 7,722 sqft and a two-storey structure measuring 5,416 sqft.
Index Tap reports, “On December 27, 2023, John Abraham finalized the agreement with Pravin Nathalal Shah and the ten members of his family, who currently reside in the United States. The Bollywood star paid â¹70.83 crore to the vendor and â¹4.25 crore in stamp taxes to the BMC for the residence named Nirmal Bhuvan.”
John Abraham, recognized for his diverse business ventures, has investments spanning various sectors, including technology, food and beverage, fitness, and lifestyle.
