YSRCP leader joins Allu Arjun at Pushpa-2 premier!

The main reason for the ongoing tussle between the Mega fans and those of Allu Arjun, as everybody knows, was the support extended by Allu Arjun to YSR Congress party candidate Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy from Nandyal assembly constituency in the recent elections.

Allu Arjun did not exactly campaign for the YSRCP candidate and he clarified that he had come to express his solidarity with Ravi Chandra Reddy because he happened to be his bosom friend for a long time. He made it clear that he had nothing to do with politics.

Yet, it triggered a strong reaction, strangely from Jana Sena Party led by Pawan Kalyan, though it was TDP candidate N M D Farooq who had contested against Ravi Chandra Reddy and won the seat.

Apparently, the Mega fans took it seriously Bunny’s support to the YSRCP candidate, while remaining silent in extending similar support to Jana Sena Party candidates elsewhere including Pithapuram, where Pawan Kalyan contested. Readmore!

Since then, there has been an open war between Mega fans and AA fans setting the social media on fire.

The situation went to the extent that the Mega fans called for the boycott of Allu Arjun’s latest film Pushpa-2: The Rule, while YSRCP cadre extended support.

Against this backdrop, the presence of Ravi Chandra Reddy along with Allu Arjun and his family, besides his film team at the premiere show at Sandhya Theatre at Hyderabad's RTC Crossroads, has kicked up a storm.

Later, speaking to media, Ravi Chandra Reddy praised the movie, saying it was excellent and that everyone would undoubtedly enjoy it.

He expressed confidence that Pushpa 2 would be the biggest hit in the industry and said everyone would love it.

He particularly enjoyed the "Jatara" scene in the film, stating that Allu Arjun's performance in it would be unforgettable. Regarding collections, he remarked that it is bound to become the biggest in the industry.

Needless to say, the YSRCP leader’s presence will add further fuel to the already raging fire. Already, Allu Arjun had to face a police case in Nandyal for attending an unauthorized rally and other reasons.

Later, Allu Arjun and Ravi filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, which quashed the case.
