The Andhra Pradesh state cabinet chaired by chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday has taken serious view of the abusive comments made by some employees, particularly teachers, during their agitation before the collectorates on Thursday.
State information minister Perni Nani fumed at the employees for the language they had used while staging the agitations.
“Do you think you will get a better PRC by abusing the chief minister? Is it the way the teachers should talk? What morals they would teach the students, when they use such an abusive language against the chief minister of the state?” he asked.
Nani alleged that the teachers were falling into the trap of Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.
“Listening to Chandrababu Naidu’s words is like climbing a donkey. Have they forgotten how they had suffered during the Naidu regime? Don’t fall for the crocodile tears of Naidu,” he said.
The minister asserted that the problems of the employees, if any, would be resolved only through negotiations and not through agitations.
