Where Is the Support for Naidu?

N Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the TDP, served as the convenor of the NDA for a decade, actively participating in national politics.

He asserts that during his tenure as the NDA convenor, he proposed the names of two Presidents and even vied for the role of Prime Minister when he was part of the National Front.

He positions himself as a visionary and the chief executive officer of Andhra Pradesh rather than just the CM.

However, today, following his arrest and imprisonment, none of these leaders are speaking out in his support. They haven't visited Andhra Pradesh to meet Chandrababu Naidu, and only a few have posted tweets condemning his arrest, primarily in response to media inquiries.

Even within the state, not many leaders are openly rallying behind him. Nara Lokesh, his son, has been holding meetings with party leaders on this matter, and Balakrishna, too, convened a meeting with party leaders to express support for his brother-in-law.

The absence of strong cadre support and the reticence of leaders to advocate for him raise significant questions that demand answers.
