We are for welfare, says Jagan

Describing the upcoming elections as a political Kurukshetra, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy cautioned the public to be wary of political wolves who are once again coming together to pursue policies of plunder, hoarding, and exploitation.

During a large public meeting at Kalyandurgam in Anantapur district on Saturday, on the occasion of Rythu Dinotsavam coinciding with his father's Jayanti, the Chief Minister urged the people to choose between the YSRCP, which sincerely implements welfare schemes, and the pack of political wolves that loots public funds.

Reiterating that he has been following in the footsteps of his father, former Chief Minister Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, who was synonymous with the welfare of farmers, he emphasized that he will continue to work for the welfare of farmers and other social groups with commitment and moral values, just like his father.

The Chief Minister stated that TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and his foster son Pawan Kalyan, supported by their friendly media, are seeking political power for their own benefit. Readmore!

He warned the people that the YSRCP has already spent Rs. 2.25 lakh crore on various welfare schemes with commitment and sincerity, while the TDP failed to implement such schemes during its rule. Now, the TDP, along with its friendly media and foster son, is aiming to return to power with false promises in order to once again exploit public funds.

Highlighting that in the next elections, the people must choose between the YSRCP, which is committed to the implementation of welfare schemes, and the TDP and its allies, who lack commitment and concern for the people's problems.

The Chief Minister asserted that he does not have friendly media or a foster son to support him and called upon the people to stand by the YSRCP in the next elections, ensuring its victory if they feel they have benefited from the multitude of welfare schemes.
