Vamsi Awaits Clearance From Jagan

Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan, who had quit the TDP, is waiting for nod from Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on his future.

Vamsi was originally scheduled to join the YSR Congress on November 4 or 5 in the presence of the chief minister.

However, he failed to turn up at the chief minister’s office as per schedule. Sources say that Vamsi had placed two issues before the chief minister to help him.

One was on his political career, as he is required to submit resignation to the Assembly before joining the YSR Congress. Readmore!

He wanted MLC or some nominated post in lieu of the MLA post, for which the chief minister is yet to respond.

The second issue that Vamsi placed before Jagan Mohan Reddy was about protection of his properties in Hyderabad.

Vamsi owns some house sites in Hyderabad, which are now facing problem. He sought to help of Minister KTR to settle the issues, for which the TRS leader wanted a word from Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The sources say that Jagan Mohan Reddy is yet to make up his mind on giving any assurance to Vamsi on protecting his properties in Hyderabad.

There are at least half-a-dozen MLAs and a couple of dozens of senior TDP leaders whose properties in Hyderabad are now in disputes.

If Jagan gives any assurance to Vamsi, the other leaders would form beeline at his Tadepalli residence with their issues too, it is feared.

Give the complication of the issue, it is likely that Vamsi would have to wait in the air before he makes his next move.
