A newcomer Dilip Prakash and Regina Cassandra are coming together in a meaningful family entertainer titled 'Utsavam'. A debutant Arjun Sai directs Utsavam that is about revival of Surabhi Natakalu. Suresh Patil produces the film while Hombil Pictures presents it.
It is about the journey of two Surabhi Legends played by Prakash Raj and Nasser with the support of their children for the revival of theaters and stage plays, holding the indirect fate of thousands of artists in his hands.
