December 5: Following a complaint from Revathi’s family, police register a case under Sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 118(1) (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The complaint names Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management as responsible for negligence.

December 6: Allu Arjun expresses deep regret over the tragedy and offers financial assistance of ₹25 lakh to Revathi’s family.
