In the Telangana government, everyone uses helicopters for official tours. Normally, in all other states, only Chief Ministers use helicopters for official tours. However, in Telangana, officials in the CMO, such as Smitha Sabharwal, also use helicopters for official tours.

The Governor's post is considered the top constitutional position in any state, and the Governor is also treated as the first citizen of their respective state.

But in Telangana, there is no value placed on the Governor's post. Neither Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao nor the ministers or officials care about the Governor.

The Governor seeks reports from the Chief Secretary and DGP on various issues, but no one pays attention or responds.

On Wednesday, Governor Tamilisai left for Bhadrachalam on an official tour along with over a dozen officials, including Raj Bhavan officials and security personnel, by train. She took the Manuguru Express from Secunderabad Railway Station.

The Governor had previously made repeated requests to the state government to arrange a helicopter for her official tours, but there has been no response from either the CM or the CS.

Since there are no good relations between KCR and the Governor, officials are not responding to any orders or requests made by the Governor.
