Chandrababu Naidu is one of the senior-most politicians in the nation, a claim he himself has made. At one time, he openly stated that he is more experienced in politics than Narendra Modi.
Currently, the BJP is in alliance with the TDP. However, Chandrababu Naidu was not invited to campaign in support of Narendra Modi in other states.
In fact, the neighboring state of Odisha has elections on May 25th, where the Telugu population is significant, especially in places like Berhampur.
Chandrababu could have campaigned in those areas in his own style if Modi had invited him. But surprisingly, Modi didn't call him to campaign anywhere.
Even regarding Nara Lokesh, he supported Annamalai of the BJP in the first phase of the election, but it’s unclear how his participation helped Annamalai since Lokesh hardly knows any Tamil.
Pawan Kalyan made his presence known at Narendra Modi's nomination recently and also visited a few bordering states before that.
But Chandrababu Naidu was not invited, which is strange. Isn't his seniority worth anything to Modi?
