Satya, yet another mole of Naidu in Andhra BJP?

The common charge against Telugu Desam Party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been that he is very efficient in managing systems.

Despite being in the opposition, he has been managing various systems, which the YSR Congress party leaders are pointing out from time to time, saying that is why he has been able to create hurdles for chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy in his administrative decisions.

Politically, too, Naidu is said to have planted his supporters in all the other opposition parties; so, they would continuously attack the YSRC government and Jagan Mohan Reddy on every occasion.

It is still believed that former Union minister Sujana Chowdary, former state minister C Adinayarayana Reddy, ex-MP T G Venkatesh and present MP C M Ramesh are considered to be the moles of Naidu in the Bharatiya Janata Party. Readmore!

They often target the Jagan government on various issues.

Now, there is a talk that BJP national secretary Y Satya Kumar is also a mole of the TDP in the saffron party.

Unlike others who defected from the TDP to the BJP, Satya has been with the BJP right from the beginning; yet, he has been singing the tune of the TDP of late.

Though most the state BJP leaders like Somu Veerraju, Vishnuvardhan Reddy or even Daggubati Purandeshwari have been criticising the Jagan government on policy issues on and off, they have not been toeing the line of the TDP in their criticism.

But Satya Kumar’s tone and tenor in his criticism gives rise to an impression as to whether he is reading out the TDP script.

On Monday, Satya said the BJP had never sought the support of the YSRCP in the Presidential elections and only the YSRCP leaders are showing overenthusiasm in supporting BJP candidate Droupadi Murmu.

He said the YSRCP has volunteered to support Murmu and is now trying to gain public sympathy by showing their eagerness to welcome Murmu who was coming to Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday.

He found fault with the YSRC for using Murmu pictures on party posters and banners.

He said despite Jagan going overboard in supporting Murmu, the BJP leadership would not touch the YSRC with a barge pole.

The YSRCP is an untouchable for the BJP and it would not entertain Jagan in any manner, he said.

He alleged that a YSRC leader standing behind the union ministers in the nomination process to create an impression that the YSRC has alliance with the BJP.

“This is nothing but a mind game by the YSRCP leadership,” Satya said.
