Revanth Reddy: Luckily Owned By Many Groups

Revanth Reddy, the new CM of Telangana, is currently in an advantageous position and indicates that he will strengthen his position in the days to come.

Many initially questioned Revanth Reddy's capability to handle the government, opposition, and the media once he assumes office. However, he is surprisingly showcasing his competence in all aspects.

Firstly, he is garnering support from different sections of society for various reasons. Reddys support him on a caste basis, TDP supporters are favoring him due to his perceived affinity with Chandrababu Naidu, and those who are against BRS are obviously now aligning with Revanth Reddy. Since the majority of media houses are owned by TDP groups, there is no significant opposition to him in the media.

Revanth has made a decision regarding the relocation of the Pharma City from the proposed location and has announced it. Surprisingly, there has been no protest from any side. Had it been in Andhra Pradesh, pro-TDP media would have typically generated stories criticizing such decisions, portraying the CM as detrimental to development and affecting the interests of people and realtors who invested in lands around the proposed Pharma City. Even now in AP, pro-TDP media tends to make noise over minor issues. Recently a pro-TDP channel made an issue on unboiled rice in Tirumala Annadanam facility dragging Jagan Mohan Reddy into it.

However, Revanth is not facing such challenges from the media. He is proceeding with his duties without haste but in his own way.

In the days to come, his main challenge lies in fulfilling election promises with limited and insufficient funds in the treasury. Managing this is a significant challenge. Revanth couldn't provide a firm response to related questions from KTR in the Assembly.

It is indeed a challenging situation for Revanth Reddy, and if he can genuinely fulfill electoral promises in this tough financial situation, he could make history as a true champion.
