The real estate market in Hyderabad faced a significant hit due to the ongoing HYDRAA demolitions, as is widely known.
Information has come to light about the drastic drop in land prices in the Janwada region, where KTR's farmhouse is located.
Though under GO No 111 this area of land saw a massive surge in prices before the election, reaching up to Rs 25 Cr per acre, as the BRS government at the time sent signals that GO 111 was going to be removed.
However, unexpectedly, the government changed, and now it is clear that GO 111 will not be revoked.
On top of that, the HYDRAA demolitions and its focus on KTR's farm house located in this region, have contributed to the decline in prices in the region.
According to realtors and land dealers, there are no buyers in this area even if an acre of land is offered at Rs 5 Cr.
