For the top stars of the Telugu film industry, achieving a $10 million gross in North America has become a matter of prestige.
Prabhas has reached this milestone multiple times with his movies.
Ram Charan and NTR also achieved this feat with their film RRR. However, neither of their solo movies has managed to generate such massive revenue.
Although NTR aimed to achieve this with Devara, the film ended its lifetime run with a gross of $6 million in North America.
On the other hand, Allu Arjun accomplished this milestone with Pushpa 2. Not only did the film surpass the $10 million mark in the USA, but it is also on track to reach the $15 million milestone.
Now, the pressure is on Ram Charan to achieve the $10 million mark as a solo hero. His next release, Game Changer, directed by Shankar, is eagerly awaited.
While the film may not yet have the same level of hype as Pushpa 2, Ram Charan's popularity in the USA has surged following the tremendous success of RRR. He hopes to replicate that magic with Game Changer.
To bolster its prospects, he will be promoting the film on December 21st in Dallas, where a pre-release event is being organized.
Will his USA tour help Game Changer secure $10 million in revenue? Only time will tell.
