Pushpa Hindi Release Fiasco: Allu Arjun is Angry

Allu Arjun has big plans for his pan-Indian project, Pushpa. He has personally been involved in promotions and marketing as he is determined to gain a foothold in the North Indian market and other South Indian markets. However, the Hindi release of “Pushpa” has landed in a bit of trouble.

Mythri Movie Makers, the production house behind “Pushpa”, sold off the Hindi dubbing rights long back in their usual style.

The production house generally sells off the Hindi dubbing rights to their regular distributor at the early stage.

This has put the makers in soup. Allu Arjun has entered the scene and made the producers renegotiate with the Hindi distributor. And he has finally agreed to release it in theaters in a big way on certain conditions.

The conditions are favorable to the distributor and Mythri Movie Makers will have to bear the losses if the film bombs. It is going to be an additional expenditure for the production house.

The production house has to bear all the expenses for publicity, theatrical rents besides parting a major percentage in revenue to the distributor.

So, the discussions are still going on. If the discussions fail, the Hindi distributor will release the movie directly on YouTube.
