Pawan Threatens 'factionists'

Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, who gave the impression that he has been maintaining a lot of restraint on the comments made against his personal life by YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, did not control his emotions.

On Wednesday evening, Pawan burst out at Jagan saying he should not be taken for granted.

“If factionists speak against me at their will, don’t think I will keep quiet. We will launch a massive counter attack like an ocean tide,” he warned, while addressing the party workers at Bhimavaram in West Godavari district.

“If I start speaking and raising the personal issues, these factionists cannot stand before me and will run away. If these people, who looted the state by indulging in sand mining and robbery of public money, have so much arrogance, how much should a person like me who has started absolutely on a clean slate have?” he asked. Pawan said though he might look soft in his appearance and approach, he was actually a tough man.

“If I find any difference, I will skin these people,” he warned, indirectly referring to Jagan.

The Jana Sena Party chief said the TDP, BJP and YSRC were attacking him only because he was genuinely fighting for bringing about a change in the society.

“That is why they are scared of me. My feet are always on the ground and so, I am not aiming high positions to fight for the people’s cause,” he said.
