Power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan has been sailing in two boats - film industry and politics- simultaneously.
While acting in films is his major bread earner, politics has so far been his part-time activity and a long term career plan.
All these days, Hyderabad has been his home ground, since it is here that he is pursuing his film career. But his action ground in politics is Andhra Pradesh. So, he is forced to shuttle between the two Telugu states.
While there are reports that he is constructing an own house at Kaza in Guntur district, it is learnt he is also constructing a brand new farmhouse in his 16-acres of land between Gandipet and Chilkur on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
In fact, Pawan Kalyan already has a small farmhouse in this piece of land, where he has been rearing several cows.
Whenever he gets time, he spends some time here quite often. Now, this small farmhouse is being demolished and a huge farmhouse is being built.
Sources said Pawan, who has just recovered from viral fever, is frequently travelling from the city to this farmhouse to oversee the construction works, which have been entrusted to a prominent construction firm.
At present, each acre costs around Rs 10 crore in this area. So, the agriculture land itself is worth Rs 160 crore. If one has to build a palatial farmhouse there, it will cost not less than Rs 10 crore.
