The interrogation was led by Rangareddy excise deputy commissioner Dasharath, with Pakala responding to all questions in the presence of his lawyer.
According to officials, the case remains under investigation.
The excise police also summoned Nageshwara Reddy, from whose residence 17 bottles of foreign liquor were seized.
Meanwhile, Vijay Madduri, who tested positive for cocaine on the day of the raid, is currently undergoing treatment at a city hospital.
