The massive openings on day one for “Jai Lava Kusa” has proved once again that NTR has terrific pulling power at box-office.
His portrayal of “Jai” has also won great acclaim though the film didn’t win much positive reviews.
Given the hype and Dussera holidays, the film has got massive openings and it is expected to continue good run over the weekend too. But will the distributors recover the money totally? This is the moot point now.
“Jai Lava Kusa” has open window of just another five days. From next Wednesday, it has to compete with another big movie Mahesh Babu’s “Spyder” and from 29th September, it will also have to compete with “Mahanubhavudu”.
The USA distributors will have tough time. This is why they are hoping to squeeze as much money as possible in the next four days.
On domestic front, it has to fight mainly with Mahesh Babu’s movie. So, despite massive openings, the distributors of “Jai Lava Kusa” are anxious.
