Nani has scored another hit with sports drama “Jersey” that grossed more than million dollars at USA ticket window.
However, it has not provided any moment of celebration in terms of revenue for the distributors.
Though the film has turned out to be second biggest hit for Nani in USA market, trade pundits say it didn’t really perform on the expected lines.
The sports drama directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri won thumping positive reviews and huge ratings. But the film had completed its run in USA with just under 1.3 million dollars.
Nani will be proud of this movie that is genuinely heart-warming movie made with great conviction but it is also worrying factor for him that he is not turning such glowing reviews into big money. He is not bringing audiences to the screens in large numbers.
Now Mahesh Babu’s “Maharshi” will take over the USA box-office.
