NBK To Sharwa, You Upheld My Honour

Charming star Sharwa's Sankranthi blockbuster Nari Nari Naduma Murari, directed by Ram Abbaraju and produced by Anil Sunkara, is drawing packed houses across theaters.

The actor is thrilled with the overwhelming blockbuster response.

"We work hard on every film hoping for a hit, and getting the results we expected brings immense joy. We only take on projects with strong stories. But everything has to align perfectly for it to work- the producer, director, hero, and budget. Good films can be made on modest budgets. If everyone focuses on making each one the best, they all turn out great."

He confirms that theaters are adding shows day by day, setting the film up for a solid long run. Readmore!

"I had full confidence in this movie from day one. No matter the release date, I've been saying it's a blockbuster since the start."

The title draws inspiration from Balakrishna’s iconic film.

"When you pick such an iconic title, you have to live up to it. I spoke to Balakrishna yesterday- he congratulated me warmly and said, 'You've upheld my honor, Sharwa.'"

Sharwa reveals he plays dual characters in Biker.

"One is a father role, like how Suriya looks in Surya s/o Krishnan. I worked hard for that transformation, and it paid off. Actually, Biker was supposed to release first, but technical reasons delayed it."

He adds that his film with Sreenu Vaitla is slated for release next Sankranthi.
