The Raja Saab opened on a strong note at the box office, earning an impressive â¹62.90 crore India net on Day 1.
However, the film witnessed a significant drop on its second day, reflecting mixed word of mouth across markets.
On Day 2 (first Saturday), The Raja Saab collected an estimated â¹27.83 crore India net across all languages, registering a decline of nearly 48.22 percent compared to its opening day.
The Telugu version continued to dominate the collections with â¹22.38 crore, while the Hindi version contributed â¹5.2 crore. The Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam versions added â¹0.15 crore, â¹0.06 crore and â¹0.04 crore respectively.
In the Telugu states, the film recorded an overall occupancy of 44 percent on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
Morning shows saw a modest turnout of 28.95 percent, while occupancy picked up during the day, with afternoon shows at 46.99 percent, evening shows at 48.82 percent, and night shows performing the best at 51.25 percent.
The Hindi version, however, continued to struggle. On Day 2, The Raja Saab posted an overall Hindi occupancy of just 12.95 percent. Morning shows registered a low 6.72 percent, afternoon shows improved slightly to 12.52 percent, evening shows stood at 13.10 percent, and night shows saw relatively better traction at 19.45 percent.
Despite the noticeable drop, trade circles will closely watch the film’s performance over the remainder of the weekend to see if it can stabilise and build momentum.
Directed by Maruthi and produced by People Media Factory, The Raja Saab now faces a crucial phase at the box office as audience response continues to shape its long-term run.
