Produced by Poorna Naidu under the Sreeyas Chitra – A Poorna Naidu Production banner, the film is written and directed by K Kranthi Madhav, a filmmaker known for his emotionally grounded and sensitive storytelling.
With Dil Diya – A Naked Truth, Kranthi Madhav continues his exploration of narratives rooted in human vulnerability, personal conflict, and emotional consequence, presented through a contemporary cinematic lens.
Over the years, the director has earned recognition for films such as Onamalu, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, and World Famous Lover, each reflecting his preference for emotional sincerity and restraint over spectacle.

The film stars Chaitanya Rao Madadi, Ira, Sakhee, and Jessy in the lead roles, with Mani Chandana, Pramodini, and Veera Shankar playing key supporting characters.
