Dangers Surrounding Communicating With YS Jagan

Anhdra Pradesh former chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has a tendency to share sensitive matters openly in the name of transparency, causing concern among his party members.

Well-wishers who attempted to share him about the threats to the party, have faced repercussions.

For instance, after the election, an MLA candidate from Chittoor district informed Jagan of his defeat due to a former minister spending Rs. 20 crores against him.

This conversation occurred in a closed setting, but the accused ex minister soon learned of the complaint through Jagan. Jagan informed the ex minister that while he didn't believe the accusation, he should address it. Readmore!

This led to the candidate fearing for his political future as the senior leader who is an ex minister came to know about his complaint.

Senior YCP leaders now discuss Jagan's habit of disclosing confidential information, warning others not to trust him with secrets to avoid repercussions.

Adding to this, another party leader approached Jagan Mohan Reddy with a document mentioning all the points that resulted in the party's defeat.

When he attempted to give it to Jagan, stating it was for his personal review, Jagan told him to give it to Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.

The irony is that even Sajjala was mentioned as one of the reasons for the defeat in that document.

If this is the case, who can speak with Jagan openly?

Many YCP leaders are now openly sharing that Jagan is poor in understanding organizational communication and the basic traits of leadership regarding communication.
