Adivi Sesh’s “Major” has passed the Monday test with flying colors. The film has raked in a share of 5 crores in four days in Telangana (Nizam).
“Major” will bring profits within the first week of its theatrical run. Starring Adivi Sesh as Sundeep Unnikrishnan, the biopic made a big impression on the global Telugu audiences.
However, the film’s Hindi and Malayalam versions have failed to click. The collections for these versions are meager to talk. In Kerala, Kamal Haasan’s “Vikram” spoiled its chances.
In the end, the film could not become a pan-India project as the makers wished. “Major” won rave reviews from critics. The social media folks went gaga over it.
