Now the tenants living in this place have to vacate to make this sale happen. So the rental and lease agreements play their role here.
Phoenix group has developed a mega project beside this property. The biggies like Harika Hassini Chinababu and Jr NTR bought properties in that. The idea is to shift the tenants to that place and complete the sale procedure.
