It is no secret that Nara Rohith's career flourishes only when the Telugu Desam Party is in power. He is the son of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu's brother.
When Naidu was in power from 2014 to 2019, Rohith appeared in several films. However, his acting opportunities dwindled once Naidu lost power.
The film industry mostly ignored Nara Rohith until Naidu's re-election as Chief Minister this year.
Now, he is in high demand as an actor, with numerous new projects in the works. One of his films, "Sundarakanda," which began production before Naidu came to power, is due to be released soon.
During the teaser launch ceremony, Rohith faced questions about why producers are only willing to work with him when the TDP is in power.
To this, he responded that the producers correctly predicted that the TDP would return to power and began producing films with him early this year. He praised the producers for their accurate predictions, but his response was unconvincing.
