Naidu needs mental treatment in Switzerland!

Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has lost his mental balance completely and he needs to be taken to Switzerland for treatment, as local hospitals like the one at Erragadda do not have the capacity to treat him.

This was the observation made by senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP K V P Ramachandra Rao, who was reacting to the recent tall claims made by Naidu while undertaking “gallery walk” in Polavaram irrigation project spillway a couple of days ago.

“I am surprised at the way you have been making tall claims about completion of irrigation projects in the state, which even Vijayanagara emperor Sri Krishnadevaraya also did not contemplate. The people have clearly understood by now that there is something terribly wrong with your state of mind and you definitely treatment for your loss of mental balance,” KVP said.

He reminded that completion of gallery in the spillway only showed that it was just a halfway mark in the project. Readmore!

“In your own words, only 58 per cent of the work is completed. But going by the unveiling the pylon after pylon, you are creating an impression that the Polavaram project is nearing completion. May be you have realized that the project will not be completed before the next elections and you are trying to fool the people with your publicity stunts,” he said.

KVP regretted Naidu comparing himself with Jawaharlal Nehru who laid foundation stone for the Nagarjunasagar project.

“Polavaram is not in Pakistan or Kazhakistan. It is in Andhra Pradesh and everybody knows its history, right from the day of foundation stone laying by former chief minister T Anjaiah to the commencement of work during the regime of late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy after obtaining all the permissions from the Centre,” he said.

He said Naidu seemed to be under the impression that just because he was in power, whatever he said would be believed by the people.

“Otherwise, your Alzheimer disease must be in the final stages,” the Congress MP said.
